What We Do

 

ECTA could be accurately described as a ‘social incubator’.  We seek out individuals who are working to make their communities a better place, and work alongside them through the provision of grants, support services, and mentorship.  We truly are a mosaic of people and projects around the world who are challenging adversity through simple, grassroots solutions for the problems of those most in need.  Our goal is to ensure that these community-based efforts grow in a healthy and sustainable way so that their affects will be felt and enjoyed for generations to come.

 

At ECTA we:

 

Empower - ECTA provides essential framework, resources and services for its members, free of charge, so that they can focus their efforts on where they matter most - the projects.

 

Educate - ECTA staff members provide subject matter expertise to project members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to ensure the sustainability of their efforts.

 

Encourage - At ECTA, we know the people behind the projects, and they know us.  We work to nurture a community of collaboration and shared experience.

 

We bring social entrepreneurs together so that they can carry out ECTA's most basic principle - "Do Good".
