Mentors of ECTA

Mentors of ECTA are individuals whose knowledge, experience and example will serve as a guiding force for the community.


Dr. Larry Donnithorne
Dr. Larry Donnithorne served in the US Army for 27 years, commanding a company in combat in Vietnam and living in Korea. Later, he taught at West Point and helped reform the Character Development and Leadership Development Programs. Following his military service, Dr. Donnithorne served as president of a state-supported college and then as president of Colorado Christian University.


Dr. William Watson
Dr. William Watson has served in various capacities both with the United States government and in the private sector. From 1980-1993 he worked as a high school teacher before conducting his doctoral thesis research at Oxford, Cambridge and the University of London. Additionally, he served as a Fulbright Scholar in Moldova and has traveled to over thirty two nations around the world studying world religions and culture.


Harry Durgin
Harry Durgin was born in Japan in 1952, where his dad served in the Air Force. He graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1974 and flew KC-135's for five years. Eight months afer marrying Robin in 1978, Harry learned that he had leukemia and was given 2-3 years to live. He became the 5th bone marrow transplant patient in the United States. Harry and Robin joined the staff of the Navigators in 1980 where they worked at Pease Air Force Base in New Hampshire and at the University of Massachusetts. In 1984 they moved to South America, where they served in Bogata, Columbia, then Caracas, Venezuela and finally in Campina, Brazil operating various small businesses. Harry and Robin adopted three children in South America and, in 2007, relocated to Denver, Colorado where they now work with young professionals.


Jesse Clark

Jesse is in his last year of law school at the Pepperdine University School of Law. He has worked as a legal intern for a law firm in Bulgaria, done contractual work for investment funds in London, worked as a Legal Advisor for the Government Contracts Division of the Rwandan Ministry of Justice, and worked as a Summer Associate at a law firm in Singapore. Over the last six years, Jesse has traveled/lived/worked in over fifty countries. Jesse strongly believes in ECTA’s mission and is eager to use his legal education and international experience to assist ECTA in any way that he can.


Adam Delp Adam is married to Yvonne. He is a graduate of Colorado Christian University and the Chief Operating Officer for The 1010 Project, a humanitarian organization. Adam is a supporter of ECTA because he values humility and servant leadership, both of which are evident in the people and approach of the organization.
