Brandon Sejera

Brandon Sejera is the Project Director of Denver Street Soccer. He attended Ernest Righetti High School in Santa Maria, CA where he grew up. He received his degree in Business Administration from Colorado Christian University in 2006. In soccer, he lettered as a sophomore and was a three time varsity All-League selection, and one time varsity All-CIF Southern Region selection player. Brandon went on to play college soccer at Allan Hancock College his freshman year and then transferred to Colorado Christian University, where he finished up his college career playing the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. During his senior year, he studied abroad in Madrid, Spain at Universidad de Antonio Nebrija. Brandon took the opportunity to study international business, Spanish, and help train the Spanish Homeless Soccer Team for the 2006 Capetown Homeless World Cup. Since then, he has been actively involved within the Denver soccer community since 2003. Brandon has coached various soccer camps for the YMCA, Foothills Park Recreation District, coached with Colorado Rush soccer club, and has been playing competitively.

Brandon has a passion for soccer and helping the homeless of Denver get off the streets and back into housing, jobs, education, and to reconnect back with loved ones. He started the Denver Street Soccer project in May 2010. This project is working on ending homeless through the game of soccer, by teaching life skills, learning how to accomplish obstacles, setting and working toward achieving goals, and how to carry oneself in times of defeat and celebration in a respectful manner.

Brandon resides in Denver and is an Agent of New York Life Insurance Company.
